5. Shrek 4-D
Join Shrek, Donkey and Princess Fiona on a state-of-the-art 4-D adventure as they try to escape from the ghost of Lord Farquaad, his evil sidekick, during this fun-filled thrill ride. No height restrictions.
6. Jaws
The Jaws thrill ride re-creates all the terror and excitement of the 1975 blockbuster, Jaws, as you cruise aboard a boat in the quaint New England fishing village of Amity and come face to face with a ferocious great white shark. No height restrictions (the ride may be too intense for younger children).
7. Terminator 2: 3D
Join the Terminator as you try to save planet Earth from the evil futuristic cyborgs in this amazing mix of live action, 3-D film and state-of-the-art special effects. No height restrictions.
8. Disaster! A Major Motion Picture Ride…Starring You
Learn the secrets of disaster movies through special effects demonstrations, then board a subway train and experience the “explosive finale scene” of a movie that features a spectacular earthquake measuring 8.0 on the Richter scale. No height restrictions.
9. E.T. Adventure
Help America’s favorite extraterrestrial save his dying planet as you hop aboard a star-bound bicycle and soar across the moonlit sky! No height restrictions.
10. Jimmy Neutron’s Nicktoon Blast

Universal Orlando Resort will feature The Psychedelic Furs as part of its ‘Velvet Sessions’ series at Hard Rock Hotel on Thursday, May 27, 2010, at 6:30 PM. The group will perform all of its classic hits such as “Love My Way,” “Pretty in Pink,” “All That Money Wants,” “House,” “Until She Comes” and more. Velvet Sessions is Hard Rock Hotel’s special rock ‘n’ roll cocktail party and lobby concert held the last Thursday of the month (January through October). A $25 ticket includes free specialty drinks, finger foods and warm-up tunes from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM. Cash bars and live band from 8:30 PM onward. Tickets are $25 online (ticketing fees apply) or $30 at the door. Valet parking is complimentary for those attending Velvet Sessions, which is a 21 and older event. Walt Disney World Resort has announced that “Captain EO,” the classic musical spectacular and thrilling space-fantasy adventure that ran at Epcot from 1986-94, will return to the theme park July 2, 2010. Directed by Francis Ford Coppola and produced by George Lucas, “Captain EO” was a 17-minute, 3-D film that starred the Michael Jackson and Anjelica Huston. The colorful Disney-created characters in “Captain EO” included Hooter, Fuzzball, the Geex (which had two shaggy heads named Idy and Ody), Major Domo and Minor Domo. “Captain EO” will be presented multiple times daily at the Imagination Pavilion at Epcot, replacing “Honey, I Shrunk the Audience,” which is planned to return at an undetermined date.
